The design must include pedestrian and cycle paths, parking spaces, safe pedestrian crossings and a cycle crossing with renewable-energy-powered lighting, and stormwater drainage within the built-up area. A permanent traffic management design is required, and the design concept must be approved by the Nisko County Roads Authority. The work must be completed within seven months of signing the contract. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the payment period for 40%; the payment period must be offered as a whole number of days from 14 to 30.
