Purchase, delivery and commissioning of a defibrillator and ophthalmic equipment for a hospital in Szczecin

Summary

The procurement covers two lots of medical equipment for the SP ZOZ MSWiA hospital in Szczecin: Lot 1 is a defibrillator for the admissions department, and Lot 2 is ophthalmic equipment for the ophthalmology department. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots, but must cover the complete equipment scope of each lot they select. The contractor must deliver, install and commission the equipment at the hospital and train its medical staff to use it. The equipment must be new medical devices bearing the CE mark. Polish-language operating instructions and a completed technical passport must be supplied. Bidders must provide a product catalogue or equivalent technical evidence, the offer forms and the required declarations. Offers are assessed on price (60%), warranty (20%) and delivery time (20%). The warranty must be at least 24 months. Delivery must take no more than 30 calendar days for the defibrillator and 60 calendar days for the ophthalmic equipment, in each case from contract conclusion and no later than 7 December 2026.
