Care and specialist care services in the homes of Chorzów clients in 2027

Summary

The contract covers ordinary care services and specialist care services delivered in the homes of clients of the Chorzów Social Welfare Centre during 2027. Specialist care for people with mental disorders is excluded. The estimated volume is 64,800 hours of ordinary care and 600 hours of specialist care, for approximately 280 and 3 people respectively. Services are generally provided seven days a week between 6:00 and 21:00; where urgent cover is needed, it must normally be arranged within three hours. The contract runs for 12 months, with an option to order up to 4,750 additional hours of ordinary care and extend the contract by up to two months. The bidder must have the required experience, at least 40 ordinary-care staff and 5 specialist-care staff, including two nurses, a psychologist, a pedagogue and a speech therapist, and a coordinator with at least three years of relevant experience employed under an employment relationship. The bidder must also have an administrative office in Chorzów and submit a personal-data processing compliance table and a declaration confirming the office. Direct care services must be delivered using the bidder's own staff. The offer must cover the entire contract; price is the only award criterion. The submission deadline is 9 October 2026 at 9:00.
