Supply of surgical drapes and disposable surgical gowns

Summary

The tender is for the successive supply, over 12 months, of surgical drapes, sterile procedure sets, disposable surgical gowns and other sterile medical supplies to Edmund Biernacki Specialist Hospital in Mielec. It is divided into 20 product groups, and bidders may submit offers for one, several or all groups. Products include sets for laparoscopy, PCNL, caesarean section, angiography, spinal and neurosurgical procedures; various surgical drapes and covers for equipment and microscopes; standard and reinforced surgical gowns; sets for limb surgery, TUR procedures and ultrasound; fluid collection and dispensing supplies; and a tape for the surgical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Quantities include, among others, 300 laparoscopy sets, 100 PCNL sets, 1,000 caesarean-section sets, 1,000 angiography sets, 1,000 reinforced spinal drapes, 150 neurosurgical drapes and 900 TUR sets, as well as gowns in several sizes and other products listed by group. Products must meet detailed requirements for composition, dimensions, materials, sterility and labelling. Several product groups must comply with EN 13795-1, 16 CFR 1610, EN ISO 811:2018 and EN ISO 9073-6:2025. Sterility must generally be maintained for at least 12 months after delivery. The supplier must arrange transport at its own cost, bring the goods into the hospital pharmacy and unload them; each order must be fulfilled within 3 days. The offer must include the required product documents and declarations confirming compliance. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.
