Construction of two multi-family residential buildings with associated infrastructure and site development

Summary

The procurement concerns a design-and-build contract for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with associated infrastructure and site development in Pieszyce. The contract is issued under the Polish Public Procurement Law as a basic procedure with a negotiation option. It includes three stages: Stage I – preparation of technical documentation, STWiORB and investment/offer cost estimates based on the PFU, with necessary permissions; Stage II – construction of the first building with a permitted occupancy decision; Stage III – construction of the second building with a permitted occupancy decision. The works will be funded by the BGK Subsidy Fund and include site development, external networks, and photovoltaic installation. The project must comply with applicable building laws and standards, and deadlines are set for the completion of Stage II (31 August 2027) and Stage III (30 November 2027).
