Delivery of technical equipment for the Gmina Siepraw under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Program

Summary

The contract covers four lots of equipment delivery for the Gmina Siepraw under the Population Protection and Civil Defence Program 2025/2026: Part I – 1 new tractor; Part II – 1 new heavy tractor; Part III – 1 water tank; Part IV – 1 mini excavator with trailer. All equipment must be brand new, complete, and in working condition, and must meet the SWZ specifications. Each part has defined delivery terms and a minimum 24-month warranty from final acceptance protocol. The bidder must include all costs (including VAT) and provide training and delivery in accordance with the SWZ.
