Delivery of enteral and parenteral nutrition products

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery of enteral and parenteral nutrition products to Szpital Powiatowy w Ry koch sp. z o.o. (the hospital). The supplier will provide a range of nutrition solutions and related supplies to be used for patient nutrition, as ordered by the hospital pharmacy. The contract duration is 12 months from signing, with the possibility of adjusting the order volume by up to +/- 20% of the total gross contract value. Deliveries to be scheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, and orders will be placed electronically and confirmed by phone. The supplier must ensure that all products are new, compliant with applicable laws (including pharmaceutical, biocidal, medicinal products, and cosmetic product regulations as applicable), and suitable for circulation in Poland, with accurate labeling and accompanying documentation. The contract also provides for standard payment and invoicing terms, and the hospital may request samples or brochures for verification of product authorization.
