Summary

This procurement concerns the purchase of a used mid-size fire rescue and extinguishing vehicle for the Leśniczówka Volunteer Fire Department. The price will be the sole award criterion. To participate, bidders must provide CNBOP-PIB technical opinion, proof of ownership or authorized representation, registration and technical documents, and evidence of manufacturing or supply capability; the vehicle must meet minimum technical specifications (mass at least 11,000 kg; DMC at least 15,000 kg; diesel six-cylinder turbocharged engine 6100–9500 cm3; minimum power 195 kW; manual transmission; 4x2 or 4x4; cabin for 8; water system 3200 L; autopump 1600 L/min at 8 bar; radio and LED lighting); delivery within 14 days after contract signing; warranty at least 6 months; training; and any required subcontractor arrangements; with data protection and contract performance requirements where applicable.
