Road salt supply for winter maintenance (with transport and unloading)

Summary

The tender concerns the continuous supply of road salt for winter road maintenance, including purchase, transport and unloading. The contract covers a base quantity of up to 1500 Mg of road salt with an option to obtain an additional 300 Mg. Deliveries are scheduled according to partial orders placed by the Purchaser by 13:00 on business days, with a delivery lead time specified in the bid. The road salt must meet specified quality requirements (minimum NaCl 90%, maximum moisture 3%, potassium ferrocyanide content 3 mg/kg to 125 mg/kg, maximum insoluble matter 8%, and granulometry per applicable guidelines including PN-EN 16811-1:2016-10 or equivalent regulations). The Purchaser may perform on-site quality checks and weigh deliveries. The place of delivery is Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., ul. F. Kotuchy 3, 41-946 Piekary Śląskie. The supplier must provide current hygienic attestation from the Państwowy Zakład Higieny and a technical opinion from the Instytut Badawczy Dróg i Mostów (Warsaw) or equivalent EU documents translated into Polish. The agreement is valid from signing until 28 February 2027 or until funds are exhausted. The price per Mg is fixed and shall be paid by bank transfer within 21 days of receipt of a correctly issued VAT invoice. The contract includes provisions for partial deliveries and option usage, and the supplier may face penalties for non-compliance with quality requirements.
