Delivery of waste containers

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply and delivery of plastic waste containers in several sizes and colors, including 1100 L blue, yellow, green and black variants, as well as BIO variants of 120 L and 240 L. The contract is divided into two parts: Part I for 1100 L containers and Part II for BIO 120 L and 240 L containers. All containers must meet the PZH certificate, EN 840 (or equivalent) and DIN standards and be made of HDPE. They must have four swivel wheels (two with brakes) of at least 200 mm, be suitable for use with standard waste collection vehicles, and have interior surfaces that are easy to clean; central drainage, galvanised wheel suspensions, and RFID options on BIO variants are required. Deliveries will be made to Zakład Usług Komunalnych in Mielec (Korczaka 16). The delivery timeframe for individual orders is 14 days from order, with a minimum order size of 200 units, and payment terms are 21 days from invoice. The contract allows for an option right; the contract is divided into two parts and the price is the only award criterion. A 24-month warranty applies to each delivery.
