Fence renovation works in the palace-park complex, plot 1096/7, on Gliniki and Cichej streets

Summary

The tender concerns fence renovation works in the palace-park complex on plot 1096/7, from Gliniki and Cichej streets. The works include demolition of concrete fence elements and the metal gate, cutting and reusing parts of the existing fence to form a retaining wall, constructing a roughly 20 m long retaining wall of 1 m height from prefab concrete elements, installation of concrete posts and the driveway gate, and site clearance. All works are to be performed in accordance with decisions of the Świętokrzyski Voivodeship Conservator of Historic Monuments. The contract is to be completed within one month from signing; payment terms of 30 days and the necessary guarantee and security are defined in the contract.
