Preparation of multi-disciplinary design and technical documentation for the Construction of Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 3 in Ustka

Summary

This procurement concerns the preparation of a complete multi-disciplinary design and technical documentation package for the construction of Rescue and Firefighting Unit No. 3 in Ustka, at the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Słupsk. The Contractor will develop a concept based on the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and then prepare full design and cost documentation in all disciplines, including architectural-construction design, bill of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, and health and safety information (BIOZ). The Contract includes comprehensive substantive support during the public procurement process and author supervision during construction and warranty periods. The documentation must comply with applicable Polish law and standards. The Contractor is not obliged to obtain a building permit but must submit a complete building permit application with attachments. The project may be implemented in a staged manner, and requires a multidisciplinary team including structural, sanitary and electrical engineers, with possible subcontracting under defined conditions.
