Adaptation of the building for the OLiOC warehouse in Wyrozęby-Podawce

Summary

This procurement concerns the adaptation of a building in Wyrozęby-Podawce for use as an OLiOC warehouse, as part of the investment task “Expansion of infrastructure necessary to realise OLiOC tasks in the Repki commune.” The contract covers finishing works, installation works, wall insulation, sanitary installations and paving works. Works will be carried out with materials approved for use in construction and in accordance with the SWZ. The contract is conducted through the e-Zamówienia platform, under a basic procurement procedure without negotiations, with an estimated value below EU thresholds. Completion is expected within 60 days from signing of the contract. Award criteria are price (hind) as the main criterion (60%) and warranty (40%).
