Comprehensive Roof Modernisation of the Former Roger Hospital Office Building in Rudy

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive roof modernisation of the former Roger Hospital building, currently used as an office building of the Silesian Landscape Parks Board branch in Rudy. The works include replacement of the roof covering, renovation of brick fire walls and chimneys, new copper flashings, gutters and downpipes, roof windows and roof hatches, snow guards, chimney steps, ventilation terminals, and the lightning protection system, followed by restoration of the surrounding area. The listed building dates from 1858 and is entered in the heritage register. The contract must be completed within 13 months of signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 October 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and warranty period at 40%.
