Purchases to ensure logistical security and continuity of supplies – Part 1: Supply of a mini excavator and transport trailer

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one factory-new mini excavator together with one transport trailer suitable for carrying it. The package includes transport, unloading, commissioning, handover and user instruction, as well as all documents needed for operation, servicing, warranty claims and trailer registration. The excavator must be manufactured in 2025 or 2026, have an operating weight of no more than 3,000 kg, a diesel engine rated at least 13 kW, engine capacity of at least 1.1 litres, digging depth of at least 2.7 m and digging reach of at least 4.0 m. It must include the specified hydraulic and digging equipment. The trailer must be new, homologated, suitable for safe transport of the offered excavator, equipped with loading ramps and a towing coupling, and have sufficient permitted gross weight and payload. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 00:00. The contract is to be completed within 50 days of signing.
