Supply of electricity to facilities managed by MOSRiW in Żary in 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity to 12 consumption points managed by MOSRiW in Żary from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The estimated annual volume is 912.00 MWh; electricity distribution, connection, metering and quality services are excluded and remain covered by a separate distribution agreement. One contract will be awarded, and variant or partial bids are not permitted. The supplier must hold the required electricity trading concession, have a General Distribution Agreement with Enea Operator, submit the required declarations and documents, and provide an PLN 8,000 bid guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and payment term (40%), with the payment term limited to 7–30 days.
