Renovation and reconstruction of historic residential buildings at Suchowolca 25G and 25E in Białystok

Summary

The procurement covers two optional lots for the renovation and reconstruction of listed historic residential buildings at Suchowolca 25G and 25E in Białystok, including conversion from multi-family to single-family use, site development, technical infrastructure and demolition of outbuildings. The works include general construction, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications installations, utility connections, inspections, testing, geodetic inventory and maintenance during the warranty period. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 5 October 2026 at 13:00. The contract must be completed by 15 December 2027. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%); the minimum period is 36 months, with 48 and 60 months receiving higher scores. A bid guarantee of PLN 20,000 is required per lot, or PLN 40,000 for both lots, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross price for the relevant lot.
