Fuel supply: Lot 1 – refuelling vehicles and generators with unleaded petrol 95, diesel fuel and LPG; Lot 2 – refuelling vehicles with diesel fuel

Summary

The procurement covers fuel supplies for 12 months in two lots. Lot 1 concerns refuelling the contracting authority’s vehicles and generators with unleaded petrol 95, diesel fuel and LPG, including annual tanker delivery to an 800-litre tank in Sucha Beskidzka and deliveries to the contracting authority’s containers in Maków and Jordanów. The fuel station must be no more than 5 km from the contracting authority’s registered office in Sucha Beskidzka. Lot 2 concerns diesel refuelling for vehicles at a station no more than 5 km from the contracting authority’s location in Jordanów. The fuels must comply with the specified PN-EN standards and applicable fuel-quality legislation. Offers may be submitted for one or both lots. Price carries 60% and the discount carries 40%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 9 October 2026 at 10:00 via the designated purchasing platform.
