The contract covers renovation and construction works at the Municipal Police Headquarters building in Skierniewice, Jana III Sobieskiego 69. The scope includes selected rooms, sanitary facilities, technical rooms, stairs and the roof, including demolition, masonry, joinery, plastering, painting, tiling, electrical, water and sanitary installations, roofing and other finishing works. The works must be completed within 3 months on an occupied site without disrupting the unit’s operations, with appropriate health and safety, fire-safety, site protection and daily clean-up measures. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, prepare a work and financial schedule for each stage, use new compliant materials and provide the required product documents, certificates and declarations. The contract is not divided into lots, payment is lump-sum, and offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 October 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and warranty 40% of the evaluation weight. A performance guarantee is required; no bid guarantee is required.
