The contract covers the renovation of old courtyards in Wola and planting works in Powstańców Warszawy Park at Karolkowa 59A and Karolkowa 76 in Warsaw. The scope includes construction and demolition works, site preparation and landscaping, planting and subsequent maintenance of ground-cover plants, shrubs and lawns. The contract must be completed no later than 21 December 2026, with the construction works completed within 40 days from handover of the work site. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee is required, and the selected contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total offered price.
