Renovation of the corridor at the Łódź Voivodeship Inspectorate for Plant Protection and Seed Inspection headquarters

Summary

The contract covers renovation of the corridor and stairwell at the Łódź Voivodeship Inspectorate for Plant Protection and Seed Inspection. The works include surface preparation and painting of approximately 592.275 m², an Armstrong-type suspended ceiling covering approximately 254.568 m², repairs, waste removal and replacement of the complete corridor and stairwell electrical and lighting installations, including 13 LED light points, relocated smoke detectors and monitoring installations, and two emergency lights. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signature and no later than 23 December 2026. A site visit is mandatory and must be completed within six days of the contract notice; failure to attend leads to rejection of the tender. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 October 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee and statutory warranty period carries 40%; the evaluated period must be at least 36 months and may receive points up to 60 months.
