Reconstruction of roads in the city

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction works on roads, sidewalks and pedestrian-cycling infrastructure in Lipno, including works on Ptasia Street, the Reymonta estate, Ciasna Street, Kilińskiego Street and Bulwarna Avenue. The scope includes approximately 160 linear metres of sidewalk, around 70 m², 120 m² and 140 m² of paved areas, approximately 560 m² of pedestrian-cycling path reconstruction, adjustment of utility infrastructure, drainage and road signage works. The works must be completed by 30 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 October 2026 at 10:00, with a PLN 4,000 tender guarantee. Evaluation is based on price (60%), quality guarantee period (20%) and completion time (20%).
