Purchase of an educational package for preschool children and pupils in grades I–III of primary schools in the Lubuska 9 Municipality Partnership

Summary

The contract covers the design, preparation, production and delivery of a comprehensive educational package for preschool children and pupils in grades I–III of primary schools in the Lubuska 9 Municipality Partnership. The contractor must produce 10 educational films of approximately 7 minutes each, design and make two original Muppet-style theatre puppets, prepare four lesson plans, develop the creative and educational concept, provide 2D or 3D animation, make the materials suitable for young children, enable Polish subtitles and deliver the materials both online and digitally for archiving. The work is divided between the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 school years and must be completed within 14 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on gross price at 60% and the experience of the person assigned to produce the films at 40%.
