Summary

The tender covers three lots for modernising the internal fire-hydrant systems of educational facilities. In Lot 1, the works also include fire separation of the gas boiler room and installation of a priority valve; in Lot 3, they include separate fire compartments for the basement room, gas boiler room and the fire-protection water-system booster set. Tenders may be submitted for all three lots. The works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%.
