Purchase, delivery and implementation of IT/OT equipment and licences under the “Cybersecure Waterworks” project

Summary

The tender covers the purchase, delivery and implementation of IT/OT equipment and licences for the “Cybersecure Waterworks” project. The scope includes backup and infrastructure monitoring software, a physical server, disk array, NAS devices, a managed 48-port switch, U2F security keys, Wi-Fi access points, UPS units, UTM with an IPsec VPN tunnel, and related implementation and configuration services. Delivery and implementation must be completed within 21 days at the contracting authority’s premises in Zaniemyśl. The products must be factory-new, manufactured no more than one year before delivery, sourced through the manufacturer’s authorised distribution channel in Poland and covered by the manufacturer’s or an authorised service partner’s service in Poland. Offers must be submitted electronically by 25 August 2026 at 09:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty for the delivered server carries 40%.
