German-language assistant services in preschools under the “We Speak the Neighbour’s Language” project

Summary

The procurement concerns German-language assistant services in 10 Polish public preschools as part of a Polish-German early language education project based on immersion. The assistant will support preschool teachers, use German in everyday activities with children, prepare or use teaching materials, document delivered hours, attend a 20–24-hour immersion and intercultural-competence training in September–November 2026, and participate in one cross-border child-related event for each lot. The contract is divided into 10 lots, and an offer may be submitted for any number of lots. Services are planned from September 2026 until 30 June 2028, with 240 hours per preschool. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026 at 09:00 and must remain binding until 26 September 2026.
