Provision of sanitary transport services for the Contracting Authority’s patients

Summary

The procurement concerns 12 months of sanitary transport services for the contracting authority’s patients, divided into five lots: specialist emergency medical transport, basic emergency medical transport, transport with a paramedic, transport without medical care for persons or biological materials, and transport of blood and blood products. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, including all five, but each lot bid must be complete. Services must be available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, including public holidays, on telephone request. Unplanned transport must be provided within no more than 90 minutes, while urgent “cito” transport must meet the lot-specific maximum response times of 40 minutes for lots 1–2 and 60 minutes for lots 3–5.
