Adaptation of Kaszów 1 Primary School building into a day support centre and social services centre headquarters

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive adaptation of the Kaszów 1 Primary School building into a day support centre and the headquarters of a social services centre, including obtaining the occupancy permit. The works cover land development, demolition, structural and finishing works, an external accessibility ramp, lift installation, façade and roof renovation, replacement of windows and doors, and sanitary, heating, gas, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical and low-voltage installations. The main building has a usable area of 571.99 m² and a volume of 3,600 m³; the former community building has a usable area of 66.29 m² and a volume of 450 m³. Completion is required within 8 months of contract signing. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 7 September 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and warranty and statutory guarantee period (40%); the offered period must be between 36 and 60 months. A performance guarantee of 5% of the total tender price is required, while a bid guarantee is not required.
