Provision of psychological services under the project “Supporting Social Change in Eastern Greater Poland”

Summary

The procurement covers psychological services under the project “Supporting Social Change in Eastern Greater Poland”, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers stationary psychological consultations, emotional support, psychoeducation and crisis assistance for a total of 1,056 hours: 248 hours in 2026, 408 hours in 2027 and 400 hours in 2028. Lot 2 covers 20 one-hour preventive workshops for children and young people in schools in Kramsk Municipality, addressing emotional and social development, peer violence, hate speech, cyberbullying, communication, empathy, respect and legal awareness. Offers may be submitted for both lots, and the services must be provided by 30 November 2028. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and the assigned psychologist’s professional experience, weighted at 40%. Offers must be submitted electronically by 25 August 2026 at 08:00, and documents must be prepared in Polish and signed with an accepted electronic signature.
