Construction of playgrounds in Rudnik Municipality

Summary

The contract covers construction works for playgrounds in Rudnik Municipality, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns modernization of the playground in Modzurów, including removal of existing equipment and paving, installation of new certified playground equipment, impact-absorbing surfaces, paving, small architectural elements and site restoration. It must be completed within 30 days of signing the contract and no later than 9 October 2026. Lot 2 concerns construction of a playground and outdoor gym in Grzegorzowice, including certified equipment, safety surfacing, fencing, benches, information signage and a new lawn; the completion period is 40 days from signing the contract. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, but each selected lot must be priced in full. The award criteria are price at 60% and the quality warranty period at 40%; the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 10:00 and must be accompanied by the required declarations and supporting documents.
