Summary

The contract covers the demolition of two existing storage halls and the construction of a complete warehouse hall with office and garage areas at the OSzKW premises, Grygowa 10, including site development, technical infrastructure, installations and all associated works. The facility will have a usable area of 2,265.8 m², a built-up area of 2,321 m², a volume of 22,144 m³, a height of 10.7 m, a length of 80 m and a width of 60 m. The contractor must deliver a fully functional facility and complete as-built documentation. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the quality guarantee period carries 40%. The works are to be completed by 4 December 2026.
