Preparation of replacement design documentation for a multi-family residential building in Mińsk Mazowiecki to adapt it as a collective-protection shelter

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete replacement design documentation for a municipal multi-family residential building at M. Skrzyneckiego Street in Mińsk Mazowiecki, plot no. 2417/78. The scope includes a replacement building design and multidisciplinary technical design, updated survey map, energy performance documentation, required approvals and technical conditions, obtaining a final amended building permit, bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications, and author’s supervision during construction. The project must also address foundation-subgrade reinforcement by piling, internal roads, parking spaces, a photovoltaic parking shelter, rooftop photovoltaic panels, a rainwater tank, utility installations and an underground garage capable of serving as a U-1 category shelter. The contract is to be completed by 18 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform in Polish. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and the experience of the lead designer (40 points).
