Modernization and outfitting of the Municipal Marketplace – construction works and renovation of the social-sanitary container (2)

Summary

The tender concerns modernization and outfitting of the Municipal Marketplace in Dębica, divided into two parts: construction works and renovation of a social-sanitary container. Part 1 covers fencing, repainting, rainwater drainage, wind screens and electrical installations. Part 2 covers painting and renovation of the container’s sanitary and social rooms, including water and sewerage, electrical, ventilation, lighting, doors, fittings and floor coverings. Bids may be submitted for one or both parts. The works are scheduled from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, and the submission deadline is 2 September 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, with a bid guarantee of PLN 4,000 for Part 1 or PLN 500 for Part 2. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60 points, and warranty period, weighted at 40 points.
