Construction of a sports facility – skate park in Wawrów

Summary

The contract covers construction of a 10.0 × 31.0 m skate park in Wawrów, including a concrete and concrete-paver surface, six outdoor sports installations, fencing and a gate, an access path, preparatory works, sub-base, paving, street elements, landscaping and small architectural features. Selected works, including preparatory works, surfaces, street elements, small architecture and part of the sports equipment installation, must be completed by 20 November 2026; the overall contract period is 5 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish via the purchasing platform by 2 September 2026 at 14:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%. No bid guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
