Occasional catering and waiter services for the organizational units of the University of Gdansk

Summary

The tender concerns successive occasional catering services with waiter service for the organizational units of the University of Gdansk. The services include meal preparation, delivery, serving, necessary equipment and catering staff for events in Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. The contract is planned for 12 months and is expected to cover approximately 150–200 events. Offers must be submitted electronically by 25 August 2026 at 00:00. Price carries 80% of the evaluation weight and the professional experience of the designated chef carries 20%. The contractor must be ready at the event location at least 30 minutes before the event, personally perform the key task of meal preparation and maintain liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000.
