Improving access to public infrastructure (Parts I and II)

Summary

The tender covers construction works to improve access to public sports and recreational infrastructure in Suchy Las, divided into two lots. Lot I concerns replacing an artificial-turf surface, associated infrastructure and converting a strength-training field into a mini-basketball court on Bogusławskiego Street. Lot II concerns replacing artificial-turf surfaces and associated infrastructure and constructing a polyurethane-surfaced paved area at the Zając Poziomki playground on Poziomkowa Street. Each lot is to be completed within 70 days. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots, and the award criteria are price (60%) and warranty and liability for defects (40%). Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Zamówienia platform by 1 September 2026 at 09:00; the bid validity period is 30 days. Documents must be prepared in Polish.
