Comprehensive thermal modernisation of the building at 66 Szujskiego Street in Tarnów, including technical infrastructure modernisation, parking construction and improved building accessibility

Summary

The tender concerns comprehensive construction, installation and assembly works at the Tarnowska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. building at Szujskiego 66 in Tarnów. The scope includes thermal modernisation, window replacement, central-heating reconstruction, a new water connection, entrance and stair reconstruction with roofing, parking construction and landscaping, accessibility equipment and markings, photovoltaic installation, lighting and lightning-protection works, relocation of external air-conditioning units, and associated finishing works. The building will remain in use during the works, so the contractor must maintain safe access and coordinate disruptive works with the contracting authority. The contract period is 9 months from signing and no later than 30 June 2027, with intermediate deadlines of 14 October 2026 for the main heating-supply pipe and 30 November 2026 for the main entrance, accessibility works and related parking works. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% and the offered warranty period for 40%; the warranty must be 24–60 months.
