Security services for persons and property at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office buildings in Łódź

Summary

The procurement covers continuous, direct physical security of people and property at two Regional Prosecutor’s Office buildings in Łódź: Piotrkowska 151 and Lipowa 81. The contract is divided into two lots, one per location, and bids may be submitted for both. The service is planned from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. The contractor must provide qualified and non-qualified security staff, uniforms, communications equipment, monitoring, access control, patrols and intervention teams. At least two qualified security officers are required per location, and intervention teams of at least two qualified officers must respond within 15 minutes. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. A bid security of PLN 9,000 is required for each lot, and bids must be submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 11:00.
