Delivery, installation and commissioning of a water recovery, treatment and storage system for the Tor-Tor ice rink

Summary

The contract covers the delivery, installation, commissioning, testing, staff training and handover of a complete system for recovering, treating, heating and storing water produced by melting snow removed during ice maintenance at the Tor-Tor ice rink in Torun. The system must recover water from both rink surfaces, filter and disinfect it, heat and store it, and reuse it for preparing the ice surface and filling the ice-resurfacing machine. The works must be completed by 30 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 August 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation uses price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be between 36 and 72 months. A PLN 8,000 tender guarantee and performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price are required.
