Organisation of a preventive camp for young people under the “Step into the Future” project

Summary

The contract concerns the organisation of a five-day preventive camp in Poland for 30 young people aged 12–18 and three pedagogues, including four overnight stays and one weekend. The destination must be in a mountainous area. The contractor must provide accommodation, full board, accident insurance, return transport from Ełk, three qualified pedagogues, educational-preventive, therapeutic and survival activities, leisure activities, documentation and project visibility measures. The camp is planned for the second or third week of September 2026, on dates agreed with the contracting authority. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 August 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 15 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60 points), the assigned pedagogue’s experience (30 points) and a social criterion (10 points).
