The tender concerns comprehensive demolition works for buildings and site-development elements on properties acquired after flooding, including site protection, disconnection or confirmation of disconnection of utilities, sorting, transport and lawful disposal of waste, backfilling, grading, site restoration, and complete as-built and handover documentation.
