Repair of the Kaczawa River and its tributaries’ regulatory structures

Summary

The procurement concerns construction works to repair the weir at kilometre 53+973 of the Kaczawa River, renovate a section of the river’s regulatory structures between kilometres 68+835 and 68+981, and selectively clear the river channel between kilometres 69+120 and 69+363. The works are intended to restore the proper technical condition of the regulatory structures, including stone walls. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be performed within 77 days. Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 September 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation criteria are gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the basic warranty period is 36 months, with additional points for 48 or 60 months. A bid guarantee of PLN 13,000 is required.
