Extension of the Świebodzin Cultural Centre – Stage II: Construction of an Additional Cinema and Rehearsal Room

Summary

The contract covers the second-stage extension of the Świebodzin Cultural Centre by constructing a ground-floor cinema for 94 people, including 2 accessible seats, with an area of approximately 155 m², and a rehearsal room on the first floor. The works are to be completed within 12 months and submitted electronically via the procurement platform by 2 September 2026 at 09:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 20,000 is required, as well as performance security. The project is co-financed by the European Union.
