The contract covers reconstruction of voivodeship road No. 813 on the 995 m section from km 28+765 to km 29+760, including construction of a pedestrian route on the section from km 29+130 to km 29+540 and reconstruction of the right-side intersection with a county road. The works include earthworks, demolition, protection of underground infrastructure, widening of the carriageway, drainage, driveways, kerbs, pedestrian-crossing lighting, restoration of green areas and road markings. The contract period is 75 days and bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 00:00. A PLN 15,000 bid guarantee is required. Award criteria are price at 60% and the offered warranty period at 40%.
