The procurement covers design-and-build works for the construction, reconstruction and modernisation of protective structures and emergency shelter locations in the City and Municipality of Jelcz-Laskowice. It is divided into two lots, and bids may be submitted for both: Lot 1 concerns an emergency shelter in the basement of Public Primary School No. 2, while Lot 2 concerns an air-raid trench on Techników Street. The design documentation and construction works must be completed by 15 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 00:00. Award criteria are price (60%) and warranty (40%). A bid guarantee is required: PLN 5,000 for Lot 1 and PLN 2,000 for Lot 2.
