Modernization (renovation) of the Concert Hall and Mineral Water Pavilion at the Marconi Sanatorium

Summary

This is a construction tender for Stage I of the modernization and renovation of the Concert Hall and Mineral Water Pavilion at the Marconi Sanatorium. The works include building renovation, roof and floor repairs, sanitary, heating, ventilation and cooling systems, electrical and low-voltage installations, CCTV, and installation and commissioning of the sound system. Conservation works are excluded from Stage I and will be procured separately. The works will be performed in an operating facility and must be coordinated with three other contractors. The contract is to be completed by 30 June 2027, the remuneration is a fixed lump sum, and price is the only award criterion, with a weight of 100 points. Offers and communications must be submitted electronically, in Polish, by 8 September 2026.
