Adaptation and improvement of primary healthcare premises under the “Support for primary healthcare” grant project

Summary

The contract covers the adaptation and improvement of primary healthcare premises under the grant project “Support for primary healthcare”. The contractor must prepare the implementation documentation and carry out the construction works in a design-and-build formula in accordance with the functional and utility programme and the tender documents. The works include finishing, electrical installation, renovation, floor and wall covering, painting and door installation, and must be completed by 30 October 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 2 September 2026 at 09:00. The bid must include a PLN 1,700 tender guarantee, and the successful contractor must provide performance security. Award criteria are price (60%), guarantee period (30%) and the experience of the construction or works manager (10%).
