Changing the heating system in apartments in JTBS’s older housing stock – individual heating and dual-function gas boilers

Summary

The contract covers changing the heating systems in residential premises belonging to JTBS’s older housing stock in Jarocin and Witaszyce. The works include dismantling old tiled stoves and solid-fuel boilers, installing internal gas, central-heating, water and ventilation systems, installing dual-function gas boilers and radiators, carrying out tightness tests and chimney inspections, finishing and cleaning works, and providing a site manager. The guaranteed works must be completed within 9 weeks of signing the contract. The contracting authority may additionally order heating-system changes in four specified premises under an optional scope, but is not obliged to use the option. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 1 September 2026 at 09:00. Offers are assessed by price (60%), quality guarantee period (20%) and fault-removal time (20%).
