Summary

The procurement covers hotel accommodation and catering for participants in artistic craft workshops in Jelenia Gora from 11 to 13 September 2026. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers 24 overnight stays with breakfast, and Lot 2 covers 79 seated lunches or dinners. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. For Lot 1, the accommodation must be within 2,000 metres of 1 Maja 60, provide breakfast in the same building, free parking for at least four cars, quiet night-time conditions, and rooms with bathrooms, internet access, towels, bed linen and hygiene products. For Lot 2, the catering venue must be within 800 metres of the same address. Offers must be submitted electronically by 25 August 2026 at 10:00 and will be assessed by price (60%), distance (20%) and service adaptability (20%).
