Service for organising and delivering courses under the “Better Start with OHP” project

Summary

The tender covers the organisation and delivery of vocational and skills courses for 15–17-year-old participants in the “Better Start with OHP” project, financed by the European Social Fund Plus. The procurement is divided into 32 lots, covering courses such as sales with AI, transport forwarding, barbering, hair extensions, driving licences B and T, construction finishing, autodetailing, manicure, drone piloting, gastronomy, computer diagnostics and furniture design. A bidder may submit an offer for up to 6 lots; offers for more than 6 lots will be rejected. The services must be completed by 20 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 09:00, and the gross prices must include all costs required for delivery.
